alright, i'll do it then.
this is the last show on American soil, the very last one. normally i'd expect a few surprises, but given the circumstances i'm not sure anymore. granted, the last 2 shows had unexpected bonuses: Memphis with David singing Memphis In Me and Milwaukee had the band playing ITEOTWAWKI. maybe tonight we'll have a goodbye song ~ Never Say Goodbye perhaps? Letting You Go? they have to pull something out of the hat tonight, don't they... i say they will play Dry County tonight. setlist was as followed: 01. Last Man Standing 02. You Give Love A Bad Name 03. Born To Be My Baby 04. We Weren't Born To Follow 05. In These Arms 06. Superman Tonight 07. It's My Life 08. Runaway 09. We Got It Goin' On 10. Bad Medicine ~ Pretty Woman ~ Shout 11. Keep The Faith 12. We Weren't Born To Follow 13. (You Want To) Make A Memory 14. I'll Be There For You 15. Who Says You Can't Go Home 16. I'll Sleep When I'm Dead ~ Takin' Care of Business 17. Someday I'll Be Saturday Night 18. Have A Nice Day 19. Blood On Blood ~ Encore ~ 20. Dry County 21. Wanted Dead Or Alive 22. Livin' On A Prayer 23. Twist & Shout |

Been posted elsewhere, but figured it should be marked in the PBP thread. |
ITEOTWAWKI
Some abbreviations really don't need to be made! |
I think they will play "Last man standing" and "Knockin' on heaven's door" because of Bob Dylans birthday.

This is a show I really wish I was going to. I heard I'll Be There for You for the first time in St. Louis in 2000 and they ended the show with Never Say Goodbye. The venue has great sound. I hope everyone going enjoys it as much as I enjoyed the show I saw there years ago.

I bet Dry County for sure because we know Phil knows how to play it. I don't want to set high expectations but since the last few shows have had some shake-ups I'm still hoping for the best.

Severe weather moving into the St. Louis area right now. It looks like it may go north of the city, but we aren't walking down to the arena ahead of time to pick up our Backstage tickets as we'd originally planned. The wind is blowing a gale, so an umbrella would be totally useless if it were to start raining! P.S. Great news about Richie. :D |
