Ukers, anyone got their tickets yet?

Last tour someone at the Post Office tried to rip them off and we spent the week before the gig running around like maddies trying to work out where they'd gone to.

Just wondering if anyone else's tickets have come in yet so we can get on to ticketmaster if theres going to be a problem again.

Nope, not got mine for Manchester yet. I'm slightly worried because i bought them from eventim.de and i haven't used them before. However, they seemed reputable at the time and the fact they've got the live stream from Munich means they will be, just hope they don't arse something up with postage.

Uk tickets are often so late that many fans pick them up at the venue even the local ...Eventim is very serious company - it has always cost me a fortune because they send the tickets via DHL (maybe they removed that function now but a few years back you couldn't not pay for the DHL delivery )

the Manchester show was on a sunday and by friday morning i still didn't have the tickets. i had them sent to my friend in Lancaster and i had to leave Lancaster to Manchester on friday afternoon the latest, but no sign of the tickets and nothing was left to go pick them up. so on friday morning i asked my friend to go to the post office and try to find out what was happening as the package was under his name and required his signature. the people at the post office at first refused to check cause my friend had no way to prove he had received a package! wtf? well, then how did he even know he had a package anyway? after a lot of debate , they went to look for it, and it turns out the tickets were there for over a week. unbelievable. so check with the post office if it feels it's taking too long. good luck to all of you!

I received mine for Hyde Park quite a while back in the middle of March.

I got my Bristol GC tickets on Thursday last week.

Rosie that's basically what happened last time. Whoever was supposed to deliver them decided to pop them into the depot and hope that we never twigged where they were.

A package note going through a door I can understand but how the **** a postie was allegedly unable to put an envelope through out letter box I'll never know.

Cunt.

That's the thing that pisses me off about ticketmaster, putting their logo all over the mail. It doesn't take a genius to work out what's inside 9 out of 10 times.

DHL delivered my sons' tix for Bullet for my Valentine in Cardiff last December to the wrong house (who signed for and accepted them) on the day he was due to travel, and the concert was the next day. After tracking them they said they had definitely delivered them to our address -TOUGH!.We ran around knocking on doors and found they had been delivered to the same number as us 2 streets away. He went to the gig and had a great time, nervous breakdown averted. Don't know what I would do if it was Bon Jovi! Avoid DHL at all costs!

That's got nothing to do with DHL, blondy.

If your neighbours sign for a package it means DHL rang the bell at your door, nobody opened, so they tried your neighbours. If your neighbours sign for the package they agree that they're responsible for delivering the tickets to you on time, so if your neighbours wouldn't do this they're responsible for a refund as well. They're given the choice to sign, if they don't DHL puts a note in your mailbox that you wasn't home etc.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
