Since you are from Absolute Radio, I'd love to say a giant THANK YOU to the team for doing such a brilliant job broadcasting the whole event. We all appreciate it so very much :)

I'll second that - it's a great way to remember and epic night. Thanks a million times over to you and everyone involved. Were you pleased with how well it went? Any chance of getting Jon to agree for you to release on CD? :D

Massive thanks to Absolute for broadcasting the whole show, and big well done for the wonderful mix of the show, it sounded superb so give a big hearty back slap to the sound bods from us.

I have to also add how much I appreciate the fab broadcast of the concert, the crowd / band balance was superb

I'd LOVE to see a DVD release of the show.

I thought there was a bit too much crowd, but it's nothing to stop me from listening over and over again!

Couldn't disagree more. Crowd participation was what made BOG performance for me. And it was very nice hearing them sing songs like TD, BOB and other die-hard songs. I'm sick of all Obie's stuff with no crowd, no Richie and the overall mix sounding like absolute shit. The HRC recording is a pleasant exception.

You couldn't hear the band that well. This mix sounds a little messy. Richie needs to be turned WAAAAAY up, and the crowd needs to be turned down a bit. The crowd needs to be audible, but not overpowering. This is a good mix for me. Plenty of crowd, plenty of Richie, plenty of everything. But not too much of everything to overpower everything.


But I suppose everyone has their own preferences.
