Will I not be able to pick up my diamond circle vip tix? Can anyone shed some light?
 

I really hope someone here can help me out: I have vip packs for the July 24th show. My dad bought those for me (along with my fc membership) but he has not been with us since early February.
Consequently I don't have his credit card. Now he booked on my name, as I would be going with DH since dad was not well enough and I have the order confirmation they send the moment the purchase was made, along with my identity card. But if I do not have a cc or cc statement will I not be able to pick up my tickets?
I did ask sparkart very clearly that exact question but they don't really reply yes or no. Since I need to organise a babysitter I'd like to know in advance instead of just showing up and not getting in.

If it's booked under your name, you just need to provide ID of yourself and you will receive your tickets/passes. You don't need to show the debit/credit card used for the transaction, so you will be just fine :)

I would still email them beforehand asking to confirm exactly what you need to bring. Take a print out of your email just in case they do ask to see a credit card.

Tbh, I had show my credit card and email when I picked up my tickets at Manchester. Not trying to put a downer on the matter but its better to be safe than sorry and contact the ticket agency before the event IMO.

As long as you've bought the tix through the fanclub you should be OK with your ID and the confirmation mail. It's my experience that you only need to show the CC card when you pick up the tix from the ordinary box office (ie. TM or such).

Ticketmaster always advise that if you don't have the card you should have a letter signed by the card holder explaining that you are authorised to pick up the tickets. Having said that when I picked up my tickets in dublin they didn't ask for the card, just name and sale ID. But as above, check with the box office and seller just to be sure.

Thanks for contacting the Bon Jovi Support Team. VIP tickets must be picked up by the Fan Club member whose name appears on the account used to make the VIP purchase. Please bring your photo ID and order confirmation to pickup your tickets.

Which I take as meaning I should be fine.
