Does anyone have the Japanese version? I'd like to know if it is worth buying and what is extra there compared to the normal version. I'd like to order it but it's a lot of money and I don't wanna waste it.

I planned to download the album the day it's released so I don't have to wait till I get my copy. I can't find it anywhere!! Only the leaked version..

Rip it from Spotify ;).

I love buying original CDs, for me it makes a big difference, and to read the lyrics while listening is part of it (and now don't tell me I find them online).

The whole packaging of the album is very poor and cheap looking.

I'm getting myself to buying the CD, but would like to make sure about the following
(as some of you already have the CD, these should be easy questions):

1. Tracklist:
I suppose there are only two versions: standard with 11 tracks and Japan edition with 12 tracks (Backseat Driver being the bonus track)?
Is the japanese edition already available?

2. Packaging:
is it only a digipack / card sleeve ...?
Is there a jewel case version (maybe the Japanese one?)?

3. SHM CD (Japan edition):
Is the SHM CD playable on "normal' CD Players or you need a CD Player which additionally has a funcionality to play such CD (sorry, never had anything to do with such format)?

Thanks for your help!

I haven't bought the CD yet but can answer these questions anyway:

1. Backseat Driver is the bonus track for Japan. The Japanese edition was released on September 12. The color of the sleeve is slightly different as well as far as I'm aware.
2. There is no edition housed in a jewelcase as of yet.
3. SHM is playable in all CD players, the format is the same but the quality is slightly better due to the CD being made out of a different sort of plastic. You'll only notice this if your stereo equipment and speakers are of decent quality though.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

So I guess at this point it would be available only in Japanese (online) stores (like Amazon.co.jp, CD Japan)?

Does it mean that there may appear such edition later?
