And i must say album isnt bad at all. Maybe a little overproduced but, quite fine :D

Yeah, I'd like to hear cleaner solos that are less buried in the mix but, on the whole, I really like it and '7 Years Gone' is up there with 'Father Time' and 'Undiscovered Soul' in my opinion. A really fantastic track and I can see it getting the most attention if he gets any amount of decent radio-play for the album.

Just listened to "Nowdays" song, wtf? That's a masterpiece. The whole album is epic! I can't wait it until it goes on sale!!

I have had a quick listen, not listened to every track so far.

I think its fantastic.

The previews id heard so far sounded brilliant to be honest, with maybe the exception of Sugar daddy but ya know. I wasn't getting my hopes up before listening but was positively surprised. Didn't know about the leak thing til there now! :o. The Every Road Leads Home To You intro sounds a bit like Coldplay, either way, I like it! Could do with a bit more guitar in it but I'm not exactly disappointed.

And yea, 7 Years Gone is fantastic!

I know Bernie Taupin co-wrote on this album and I could totally hear Elton singing this.

I kinda know what you mean, but I think it's much more a Richie Sambora song than an Elton John one.

I wonder which song he co-wrote. World maybe? Weathering the Storm?

Really? It's loaded with Sambora cliche phrases. It's my top song on the album but the lyrics scream Richie.

That would be great if it was Richie because I think it's brilliant.

It does scream Richie but some of the hooks seem too polished. This is the perfect co-writing scenario where Richie wrote the song and Bernie came in to perfect the hooks.

I hear Elton in the verse “While today's singing yesterday's songs”. But I could totally be wrong. I guess we’ll just have to wait 2 longs months to find out.

No we don't. It's co-written by Ebbin, not Bernie Taupin. The song with Taupin is not on the album as far as I'm aware.

How do you know so much about this album without the booklet infront of you? And what is the 14th song?

Because I have the booklet in front of me. Well, parts of it, thanks to Richie's brilliant idea of that listening party 2 months before the album is supposed to be released. I'll be posting scans of them later on if I'm allowed to do so.

That said, I was wrong though, You Can Only Get So High was co-written by Taupin. I overlooked it. But the songs leaked will not all end up on the album, there's about 20 songs recorded and World for example hasn't made the final cut. About 8 of the songs are co-written by Ebbin, 2 with Desmond, 2 with Shanks, 1 with Taupin and then 1 by himself. It's hard to read because the pictures of the booklet I got are heavily watermarked.
