My idea!

I want a solo tour next.

I would like the ESB back but without the backing singers, percussionist guy and extra horn section.

I just want to hear 'Youngstown' again and savour it for what it is...possibly the greatest song ever. Although 'Racing In The Street' may be changing my mind. ;)

It wouldnt hurt to not have the percussionist guy or the backup-singers but it WOULD hurt to not have the horn section anymore. That section adds so much to the presentation and performance of the songs. But maybe that is because I am a sax-player ;-). I just really like the sound it brings.

My favourites, I'd have to say, are:

When they played it was fine, but I couldn't help but notice them sitting around looking bored for most of the show.

I dunno, I'd just like a leaner looking ESB but making up for Clarence probably needed an extra 5-6 men.

The horn section isn't there to make up for Clarence. The last tours Clarence wasn't playing that much and was making more mistakes during his solo's. No horrible ones, just the ones you make when getting older probably.
I think the horn-section helps create the setting for the Wrecking Ball-songs and also have a positive influence on the normal Bruce-songs. They can just add that little extra that I like to hear.
