Just saw Bruce and the E Street Band last night here in Belgium.

What can be said... Speechless.

The man is a beast, the band a mean machine, the show was amazing, Bruce was on fire (no pun). He went in the crowd, picked up banners for requests, started playing them; brought fans on stage for Dancing In The Dark (one girl was asking to dance with Nils) - at one point he was almost taking a nap ON people while the band was playing and he told them to go on, looking amused.

Highlights: Youngstown, Man's Job, Atlantic City with Ben Harper, Tenth Avenue Freeze Out (which got me crying with the tribute to the Big Man), The River, Darlington County, Death To My Hometown.

3 hours and a set unpredictable (was checking what was played the nights before, plenty of changes)

He's the Boss for a reason.

Respect.

You got Man's Job!
That's a song I would have liked to hear when he was playing here in the Netherlands. But I did get an awesome show without it as well.

Damn - I'm sure I have heard Bruce sing Hearts of Stone. I need to check on that. Maybe it wasn't with the E Street Band.

We have heard him do Talk to Me and it was pretty good. But Southside sings that song and Hearts of Stone is a signature Southside song so I guess I prefer to hear him sing it.

**Edit** I must be thinking of the outtakes or the Tracks disc. I have not found a live version.

Just got my tickets for Belfast on Saturday :D

Got a feeling these Irish shows will be very special.
