We have heard him do Talk to Me and it was pretty good. But Southside sings that song and Hearts of Stone is a signature Southside song so I guess I prefer to hear him sing it.

**Edit** I must be thinking of the outtakes or the Tracks disc. I have not found a live version.

Nope Glen Radecki confirmed that Bruce has only done this once at some charity gig

What an awesome setlist from Ireland!
I, for myself, I am happy that I got Darkness instead of Born To Run but then again, he did shift the set around quite a lot and then Drive All Night in the encore. One can only dream :-)

I salute you,
TS

BRUUUUUCE by Blampish, on Flickr

Saw my first Bruce show on Thursday night in Cork - AMAZING! We got there early enough to get into the pit and see the pre-show too. I probably only knew about half of the songs in the whole set, and even of those there were a few I didn't know too well - but I didn't care. The whole show just had an incredible energy too it, the whole band were amazing and just the way Bruce interacts with the crowd, the way he runs around (he's fitter than me, and more than twice my age!) Just fantastic.

Next time he's on tour, I'll definitely be going to see at least two or three shows I think!!

Pre-show Setlist

1. I’ll Work For Your Love
2. Girls In Their Summer Clothes

Glad you enjoyed your first Bruce show! I still remember that feeling.

Sadly, the post on the official website about the show they've added in Chile makes it clear that Rock in Rio is the end of the line for the Wrecking Ball tour. That means no more shows in North America. :(

Just got over the Belfast show. Sunburnt and exhausted but it was well worth it. Amazing pre show with five songs, Bruce was on fine form. The main show was very Nebraska orientated. Bruce ran around and gave his all until he was totally f*cked. See this behemoth while you can because you'll never see his like ever again.

Pre show:

01. Surprise, Surprise
02. MARIA'S BED (debut)
03. Growin' Up
04. IN DREAMS (Roy Orbison cover)
05. This Hard Land

1. This Little Light Of Mine
2. The Ties That Bind
3. Jackson Cage
4. She's The One
5. Reason To Believe
6. Johnny 99
7. Atlantic City
8. Nebraska
9. Prove It '78
10. We Take Care Of Our Own
11. Wrecking Ball
12. Death To My Hometown
13. The River
14. Fade Away
15. Open All Night
16. Cadillac Ranch
17. Darlington County
18. Bobby Jean
19. Shackled And Drawn
20. Waitin' On a Sunny Day
21. The Rising
22. Badlands

23. Rocky Ground
24. BITUSA
25. Born To Run
26. Dancing In The Dark
27. Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out

I went to see Springsteen & I yesterday. It was a nice documentairy but there are better stories known then some of them that were in the movie but it was nice. After the documentairy they broadcasted a selection of songs from the Wrecking Ball Tour filmed in Hyde Park in 2012 which was cool. Goosebumps every now and then :)

I salute you,
TS

Me and a bud went to see it too and I thought it was great and it must have been some job picking what stories went into it.

We went for a few beers after it and were talking about how profound an impact Bruce's music is able to have on so many people which is amazing. Bon Jovi couldn't dream of having a film like that made about them imo.

We also discussed how a lot of the American's in it came across as complete nutters too. :D

Oh yeah, it also reminded me that I can't wait to tell any future kids and grandkids that I missed out on seeing a Beatle live on stage because I had to leave and get a bus.

Quite glad actually, I can't even stand the sight of McCartney for the most part and he'd have ruined an otherwise fantastic gig for me :)

Saw it last night too. would have liked to have seen full clips of songs and some of the people got a bit too much time. The Epilogue was just pure brilliance and Jon could learn a few things from Bruce.
