I'm sure that even I have purchased at least 17 tickets since 1999! That's going to add up to a nice piece of beer money, LOL! And hopefully, the courts will go after AEG next! :D

There's a cap of $25 though plus..it will be in a credit not in cash from what I understand.

Ticketmaster absolutely, positively sucks.

Is this all countries or just The U.S?

Unlikely, AEG are a promoter not a ticket vendor - the very small amount of tickets they sell directly aren't going to attract that kind of legal action. Any Jovi tickets you bought will probably have been from ticketmaster/live nation or one of the companies they've eaten up over the years anyway.

It's only in the US and you're not likely to see it in the UK - I suspect that ticketmaster and see tickets at least will eventually be subject to the new regulations being enforced on airlines regarding booking and transaction fees but since the airlines weren't forced to refund I think it's highly unlikely ticketmaster and co will have to.

But still - some of us nut cases will get the maximum amount. And since both of us in our family use different e-mail addresses and buy different tickets we might even get double - whoo-hoo.

I,ve just ordered 2 tickets for a JLS concert for my wife and daughter(honestly:p) from TM and was pleasantly surprised there was no surcharge for a change.

Class Action was filed in the US so it will cover only US sales Ticketmaster in other countries are considered separate entity than Ticketmaster US
