Problems ordering merchandise from BJ website
 
Does anyone have experience ordering merchandise off the Bon Jovi website? I ordered something for Christmas on Dec 8. I received an email that it was shipping (USPS - no tracking) on Dec 12 and my visa was charged. It never showed up. I have made countless calls and receive a msg to leave a number and someone will call back in 24 hours. Doesn't happen. Ive sent several emails through the "contact us" on the website, no one has responded. Very disappointing service and I would expect better from the official site.

Has anyone had similar experiences or ideas?

I've always gotten what I ordered, but the customer service for the Bon Jovi store is abysmal. It's so bad, they should be closed by the Better Business Bureau.

I've only had negative experiences dealing with bonjovi.com. Their customer service team stinks if I'm being honest with you. I ordered when they had their Free Delivery promotion on. They shipped something to me, which was smashed on delivery, had items missing AND the courier charged me an extra £16.00 for having the items delivered, so it was NOT free delivery afterall. I spoke via email to the CS Manager who EVENTUALLY refunded my entire order after I hounded him. You are lucky to even get a responce to your emails.

I ordered something in the online shop on November 25th and got it yesterday.
Despite the long delivery time everything was fine ... there was even an tourbook from the 2011 tour added for free, which I actually didn't order.

I ordered one of the gold-plated records (the 25th anniversary one) and it came a little damaged so I dealt with customer service and they quickly sent me a replacement. I guess I got lucky?
