They're trying to sell tickets to the festival which means the target audience is NON-diehards. Of course they're going to emphasize the hits. Those are the songs that the casual fan knows and wants to hear. Furthermore, I doubt any diehard bought tickets to this expecting to hear a bunch of rarities. I certainly knew better than that.
