I'm not 100% convinced that Outlaws Of Love was for Faith. To me it sounds more 80ish. It could have been a demo in the 80's left for Faith.

Also, there is no way Billy was for Young Guns. It sounds like it was recorded around the same time as Do It To Ya and Gimme Some which was in the very late 90's. Sex Sells era.

There's a documentary in the box set which details what album every song was for. I'll fish it out at some point. The vocals on Outlaws sound like faith era to me. That cleanness of Jon's voice is starting to creep in. Demos for Jersey sound very much like Jon's vocals in the slippery tour-which makes sense.

There's bits and pieces stored here, there's some over there and there's no one who looks into the archive and treats it with the respect it's supposed to get and sorts it all like it's supposed to be sorted. I know McCartney about a year ago started to look into his own archives and is in the long process of setting up direct (limited) access to his vault.

Obie got the chance to really dig into the archives for the extra tracks on the special editions back in 2010 but all he could come up with was stuff that had already been mixed anyway.

And you know all this how Salim? Oh yes you're an expert on all things Bon Jovi, excuse me.

There's no way Billy was for Young Guns, you can clearly hear Richie's voice/playing. That and the lyrics have nothing to do with Billy the Kid.

I wouldn't go by the documentary for dates, it's clear they're guessing. At one point Jon said Why aren't you dead was for Crush and it cuts to him saying it's for Faith. Gimme Some was indeed for Sex Sells, as the circulated demo shows. Do it to ya is a mystery to me. AXS clearly labelled it as KTF but a billion sites say Crush. Anyone know why?

American XS, a paid service set up in 2002 and then re-opened in 2004 to give you acces to the vault. A lot of promises were made (BAND INTERVIEWS, EXTRA SONGS, MORE BAND INTERVIEWS, WOW OMG!!!11) and then David Bryan wound up answering 6 of the most uninteresting questions and 6 MP3's or something were uploaded. One of them was Gimme Some, a demo of the Crush sessions which was, according to Obie, from the KTF sessions. The service was closed down a year later and refunds were promised though half of the people who signed up for it are still waiting to get their 10 dollars back.

Salaam Aleikum,

Ah yes, American XS. I enjoyed the boards there, but the usual Bon Jovi service there where it promised little and delivered even less. A great idea, badly executed.
