The Avon Ad / New Bon Jovi Song
 

I'm convinced that the music in this advert is music from the new album. Jon very rarely misses a chance to promote something. Even in the RSVP advery he played an acoustic version of Who Says.

Anyone else think the same?

It's just a simple 4 chord song. They've used that progression on many many songs (especially in the last decade). It could've taken him 5 seconds to come up with.

I found it on youtube. Even if it is just a simple four chord song it's not something I think Jon would write just to play in the background of an ad - especially when he's not credited with the music. Jon's spoken in the past about promoting an album in different ways - maybe this is one of those ways?

Its purely some generic 4 chord background music just chosen for the add, a trained chimp could come up with. It's not a BJ/JBJ song, at least I hope its not..

I actually think it sounds very Bon Jovi - simple yes but it's their style.

I was thinking the same when I heard it the first time some time ago.

It could also be a snippet of a new song, who knows: maybe the first few seconds repeated on and on in order to not let us hear just the music and not the words of the song, maybe.

It may be four chords, it may be simple, but it really does suck.

This sounds exactly like the verses of „One of us” by Joan Osborne, all the way until the chorus. It’s only played much faster. You can literally sing it over this sample. I doubt it’s from the upcoming new album.
