Bon Jovi Presale - January 14??? Need help!
 

Hi,

I just logged on to American XS to find out about the presale for Bon Jovi tickets for the new dates announced last week (Pittsburgh, PA). I read that the presale is supposed to start tomorrow (1/14) and that I was supposed to get an email with the password.

I haven't received that email yet and it's 10:00 p.m. EDT on 1/13.

Has anyone else received? Is there a way to contact American XS to let them know I haven't gotten the email? (phone number?)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am in the same boat, I have not gotten my email yet either. I just went to BJ.com and logged into American XS, and scrolled down to contact us and there is an email address, I think it was help@americanxs.com. I sent an email asking for my passcode, and got a standard reply of FAQ about Presale. It said to reply to that email if my question was not answered, so I replied and asked again for the pass code, haven't gotten it yet, but hopefully I may by tomorrow morning at 10:00. At least it is worth a try.
