Ozzy Osbourne and David Lee Roth are much more integral parts of those bands. When they came back it was a big news story, if Alec came back? Woop-de-f*cking-do. Barely anyone would give a shit. Plus, Hugh won't be leaving anytime soon.

alec must have forgot how to play bass by now...recently saw again the ktf mtv live from 92 and alec was a nice surprise, he may was a liability most of the time but they were a band with him, now with hugh and bobby the dynamics have changed in favour of jon dramatically...i d be happy if he trully returned though even if hugh is 10 times better easily on bass,..its never gonna happen though and i m okey with this...the thing i really dont like with alec is the high pitched voice in certain 80s songs..

Yes. He was an official member during the band's heyday.
