I wasn't aware there was a show announced for New York until I got the "travel pack" email today for the London AND New York shows.

Im guessing a fair few people from here will be going?

No date had been announced. That email is how we all found out about it. Since I doubt there will be a show anywhere near me, this is probably the one I'll try to get to (but not on that pricey trip, of course).

I guess he could play Nashville (only a four hour drive for me), but I'd be surprised. I'm betting on no date in the south.

I've heard the only way you can get tickets to this show is by winning tickets through a contest on a NYC radio station. You'll have to call the station as soon as the new single is played and then guess which Richie song they're playing for you.

I'm sorry. My post was less than clear. What I meant to say was that we hadn't had an actual announcement about the date. We just learned about it when the email came through. I really shouldn't post until I've had my caffeine infusion!

As far as I know, there still hasn't been anything announcing the venue, ticket source, etc.
