It's not just about album sales, it's about your other business'. There are a lot of artists who've sold less than Bon Jovi, but for example Bruce Springsteen writes all his own songs, Jon has to share the money for royalties. And wise investments add up in the long run, Jon has been pissing money away with things like AFL.

Really doubt this is correct An avg artist without any writing credit easily makes $1-$1.50 per album sold so just based on Albums sold band should have made about $200 million Plus real money is in touring I would assume Jon net worth probably in region of $250-$300 million
And Bruce is definitely worth more than $200 million based on album sales and touring He makes more profit on tour since he spends a lot less on production than other major bands

How the hell does anyone know how much Jon is worth apart from him and his accountant?
The same goes for all the other people on that list - they are just guessing.
