You Cant Lose At Love

What are peoples thoughts on this b-side?

I really like it.............except for the horibble tap tap of the drum machine.

Refuse to listen to it, I think it's one of the worst things to ever come from the band.

It was the first time that i thought the band sounded Country. Don't like the song at all.

I like it more than some of their album cuts for Crush but it's not a classic by any means.

Some of the songs that didnt make the albums like:

I dont want to live forever
The End
Hush
Standing
Another Reason To Beleive

are awful.

I think Standing is decent.

I'll never forget going to the store to get the TAALS b sides. I was with friends and we were jamming to Alice In Chains the entire way there. We get the CD and put on The End. I'll never forget the look on their faces. My one friend took the CD out and threw it in the backseat. I'm thinking Love is War, Edge Of A Broken Heart...... I got my balls busted for that one.

Isn't the End from the Bounce era? Very Beatle-esque song?

And someone mentioned Another Reason To Believe. I actually quite liked that one but it's basically a Rolling Stones cover (can't even call it rip-off).

I was working for Universal at the time and got all these bsides for free!

It was the Bounce era

Alphavictim 10-10-2012 04:34 PM

And Standing rips off a Lenny Kravitz song (Dig? Dig In? Diggin' In? Somehting like that)

I like the Bounce b-sides, though. Postcards from the Wastelands, No Regrets and Another Reason... are good songs.
