Exactly! If I didn't love Keep the Faith and These Days so much, I wouldn't go anywhere near this band.

If they were a new band and that came on the radio I would seriously, hand on heart, switch it off or put on a cd of Neil Young.

The production is the worst.
The lyrics aren't much better.
The music is totally unimpressive.

Sad thing is, I remember listening to songs off of Bounce before it came out and thinking how great some of the songs sounded. This sounded like a throwaway B-side.

Yeah, second impressions; not a fan at all. Once again, this band let us down as they would rather try to chase a hit than please the legions of fans they already have. If there was a slight chance this would reach #1 then i'd understand (they want to remain current etc) but it's not 'cool' to listen to Bon Jovi so that isn't going to happen! This song also isn't current for a band of their status or for a band from the genre of music they claim to produce, it's down right embarrassing. After the decent promotion, the way it hadn't leaked, the build up and then we get that!

I don't really know why I'm surprised, it's the tale of the last decade. Maybe it's time Jon starts writing for One Direction, now they could probably have a hit with this tripe.

My overriding reaction was catchy song with terrible production. If Bon Jovi are to ever thrive again they simply must ditch Shanks.
