I hope no one here thinks I'm saying Bon Jovi is better or (LOL) has done more recently. I'm just saying basically I think they're recent stuff ranges from boring to lame, and I know a lot of people agree. On the other hand, I might just feel Bono is an insufferable organic mass.

BWC is a great song. I'm digging it more and more each listen. It just went from a 7 to an 8.

I don't wanna be another wave in the ocean. I am a rock not just another grain of sand...... love it.

Look at eminem. I'm not too familiar with his music but I know his corner Slim Shady songs killed the radio charts but his albums tracks were more serious rap. Point In Case People.

If you believe in we, we can!!!!!!

The song is decent. That moving mountains bit is pretty cringeworthy, though, just because of its cliche factor.

The more you listen, the more you overlook it.

Bon Jovi 2013 is Awesome! Those are my words and I'm sticking with it. All you haters should just leave!

I wouldn't necessarily say awesome, but I definitely am very interested to hear the rest of the album.

You can't possibly be serious.

In any event, even Eminem's corny tracks are at times brilliant lyrically (Square Dance, My Name is, etc). It's rap, you can be corny as hell and still have a good song on your hands as long as the verbal gymnastics are there. The idea that you can use Eminem here as a comparison for Jon Bon in any way is preposterous.

EDIT Of course you admitted you aren't even familiar with his music, so why it's being used as the crux of your... argument... is beyond me.

I know enough to make a general observation. Plus not every lyric is corny in BWC either. People love pop catchy corny tunes. It makes them feel good after a bad day. Not deep. That's what the albums are for.

It's very difficult yo have discussions without the album

I like several U2 songs, but i've always held and still believe that they're very overrated.

Yeah there are only two things I don't like about Because We Can...

1. The solo
2. "move a mountain / believe in we" lyrics.

The rest I find very enjoyable.

Whether you love or hate it, it's got to be one of the catchiest choruses by the band.

I love the first verse.
