Ticket Issues with Sparkart
I bought fan club presale tickets for the first NJ gig but I was never given the Will Call option. I contacted Sparkart to change it from mail to will call but its taking forever to get a response. Has anyone else had similar issues with trying to contact Sparkart and get them to fix/change anything?

I think that any ticket bought via the FC/Sparkart is will call only. It was for all the ones in Europe that I have so far purchased.

I last communicated with Sparkart in 2010 and they were rather fast at answering, usually within 24 hours. Mind you, that was when the new website had just been launched so it might've had more priority due to them being aware of the countless bugs that were still in there. @Budgie The US dates had a mail option aswell for anyone based in the US/Canada but for some reason will call didn't appear for me.
@Supersonic They did reply pretty quickly with a standard "we have received your message" email but since then nothing. 5 working days is sure long for them! Thanks guys anyway, i'm sure it will work itself out. |

Im sure it will be fine, I imagine with all the recent gigs going on sale responses are just taking a little longer than normal. I hope anyway ;) |
I've always just called them and they have always been easy to work with. I last called a week or so ago. Granted I'm in US though....

Well fair play to Sparkart I got an email this morning saying I can pick up the tickets from the arena and they will refund the delivery charge. Panic over! Thanks for everyones advice. :)
