Look, we both kind of understand the Liam Gallagher thing and not necessarily needing to move around in order to be a great front man. However, if you honestly don't see the difference with that example danfan posted and then Jon's performances of the last few days I kind of wonder what you do pick up on in regards of a Bon Jovi show. I was clearly joking there.
I understand there is a huge difference between what Bon Jovi are giving in terms of energy nowadays and what they COULD. And yeah, Jon certainly could be giving more, but he's not.
I just don't see why it is such an issue. The passion can be there in the voice, in the emotion evoked from his body and the overall energy. He doesn't need to use the stage so much to produce that (in my opinion).
But hey, danfan feels differently. Fair enough. |
