But Bowie has the respect of the media - or Bruce or Muse or ColdPlay etc etc - Bon Jovi doesn't - that's a fact it is sad because I have seen the media kissing butt to utter crap (national crap let's say)

the press release for canada seems to be about the number one in the usa ... we need a chart list ...

French people have very good taste in music. I heard they are good at bed too.

Thank you for the info I totally forgot The infamous 'enfoirés' (a sort of insult in french meaning more or less MF)
yeah les enfoires is THE thing here .... the concept is nice (it's charity business - anyone who knows Coluche probably knows the deal with it )
Bowie number 2 is huge success though
(ok I love his cd ? yes ! I bought it ? yes (I bought 3 bon jovi ones japanese(for the contents) french (for the national sales) and uk (for the fast shipping) ) I saw Bosie in concerts way before Bon Jovi but I am a bon jovi fan, part of the bon jovi community for many years.

BRAVO to Bon Jovi
but - frankly - I couldn't see the band not scoring - as to me they make albums TO SCORE despite what Jon says the figures are his obsessions.
I am not a fan for the success they have - rather the opposite .. the best area was the less successful one (in north america I mean at home) But it is another story I cannot hijack the thread....
(I recall a 'famous' among the community, american fan, on backstage years ago, confessing that her best memories with Bon jovi were from These Days era because the band was not getting much attention at all

sorry for the novel like answer

I was about to post about Greece, well it's low if you consider that GH reached #1 and still on top 50 after 2 or 3 years. But nevermind the album ain't promoted here, it'll get higher pretty soon!
