#2 is an incredible achievement for Bon Jovi in Norway. If you disregard the greatest hits albums (both #2), this is the highest they've charted since Slippery. As points of comparison, New Jersey and Crush only went to #4, and the Circle peaked at #14.

I think you may be right about that!

Was expecting a lot more than that.

Big Drop in the HMV chart, from number 2 and now number 32. Hell of a drop

The only people interested in buying Bon Jovi records these days are the fans. Most of them buy the record in the first week. After that first week, the new record's sales drop dramatically because they are no longer reaching new audiences. Bon Jovi is not relevant anymore, no matter how desperately Jon wants to be.
Honestly, if I wasn't already a fan myself I wouldn't have been interested
at all in getting What About Now. In fact, I almost didn't buy it.

This is what really fecks me off. They try to stay relevant by copying other bands i.e. the killers hoping to gain more sales and a wider audience. The fact is they are selling less and not really crossing over.

That is why the next record needs to be a " proper rock record " if that means NJ,KTF style lets have it, at least they may be taken seriously and get some of the credibility back

It is number 2 on the Australian charts. It just went down one spot from last week's number 1.

Justin Timberlake's 20/20 took the number one spot.

Timberlake is over rated and over hyped shit.
Every song I've heard of his makes me want to ripp my own ears off.
Sounds like he is singing while sucking on a helium balloon.
