Bon Jovi in Louisville-March 14
 

This is my 1st post here. I was on another BJ board & they were wondering how the band coud be on American Idol when they have a show tonight in Louisville. Does anyone have info. about this concert? Why is there no thread with play by play?

I was checking everywhere nothing the show began like 2 hours ago .... I have a friend there but she is not posting PBP so I have no clue ... she said they are on fire and in good mood that's it ...

The American Idol thing simply wasn't live.

I don't think anyone at the Louisville show is tweeting the set, hence no pbp. The only thing I know about this show is that ticket sales seemed very poor, and you could get uppers not even behind the stage for under $10.

Of course they're playing live tonight in Louisville while the show on Idol aired tonight was recorded...

i was looking for someone on twitter who's doing some track by track but no results...

Thanks! I didn't even realize until now that there was a concert tonight. I really enjoy the PBP & thought it was strange no one started a thread about it. Hopefully we hear something soon.

They were on fire. Kinda weird no one had a pbp. I was there and im pretty sure whole lot of leavin and amen were not played. We left in the middle of always so we could beat traffic.

Bon Jovi played for 3 straight hours. 30 songs, no breaks.

We left cause we all have work early and we live a good 2 hours away. If we stayed the whole time, it woulda been 4 when we got home. I kinda regret that now, 30 songs? That's like 5 more after we left. Frack

Any real change in the set? The arena was full??

No surprises unless there were some after we left. It was about maybe two thirds full. Where I was, up high behind the stage, there were maybe 20 people in the entire section.

Woooow. Feel bad for you if you missed 5 more songs.

I feel bad for myself. My brother isn't a fan of sitting in traffic getting home.

More than twenty, just 20 in the little block I was in. There were a good 400 or so overall behind the stage. Sorry for the confusion

I don't know but don't quite bite the 30 songs until I see the setlist and all ... unless the guy has got the setlist under his eyes not sure he can really count 30 songs ...and 3 hours set has never been done but advertised because Jon says so (we are gonna play 3 hours ) Richie announced the longest set on twitter once it was over and said our longest show 2:50 .. there is always breaks the guy said no breaks ... it's just weird

I had a great time! First Jovi show, first indoor show, my friends first ever concert. So it was great.

Does sound kinda fishy... More so because of the performance last night too.

Bon Jovi was pretty awesome. Played for 3 hours! Not too bad for $7.50! -- They were givin' away the tickets??

Of course that we have to wait for the setlist. But, looks like it was another solid and great show. That's a real change for the last tour...the American's setlist became a lot better!

my friend there told on her Fb page they did a nearly 3 hours show (which is more or less the usual 2:45..... my friend also added they did only 3 songs from the new cd

I can give you her name but it won't bring you anywhere .. she is a very reliable (even if she probably mixed in and out of love with something else and apologized for the mistake)

Maybe I should go to every show, so everyone gets this long of a set. Can't believe I missed a very possible 5 extra songs.

this happens sometimes ... they want to leave a strong impact and play play play

it seems they did the now usual 3 encores and added plenty there as mike didn't see much change from the usual set ... so never say goodbye was done after always they also got I love this town

blood on blood was done too (this one is not done every night)

Couldn't care less about In And Out Of Love (It would be cool for them to play it in principle, but I'm no fan of the song itself.) Never Say Goodbye is a totally different story though.

Friend was there and said NSG was NOT played!!:confused:
