The last time Bon Jovi played Los Angeles was March 4, 2010. The setlist contained one surprise; Thorn In My Side was added to the encore. Other rare songs were Richie's rendition of Homebound Train and the acoustic renditions of Something For The Pain and Someday I'll Be Saturday Night.

Last time they played there the show contained my favorite reprise of Love's The Only Rule with Jon dropping on his knees on the circle and by far the best (for me) WWWB performance.

And I think our beloved moderator Bleeding Purist will be there :) Unless he got disgusted and sold his ticket.

And Dominik - that is my favorite version of Love's the Only Rule ever.

A gig in Richie's hometown? I wonder if Jon & him will take the chance to sit down with a beer and sort out their issues...

Sell my ticket? Never! I got one quite close off to the right side. The only disgust I've had is at the dwindling down of the new songs from the setlists.

I still hold out some small hope that Richie will walk out there on that stage tonight, but if he doesn't... I'll have a nice buzz going anyway and won't care.

Richie should dress in black and come out in a black curly wig. It was me all along!

This has been a terrible week/month. The Boston Marathon attack, the Waco plant explosion, Obama/Senators receiving ricin letters, I had a friend commit suicide (who was a big Bon Jovi fan and was even at the recent St. Paul show), the snow still hasn't melted and we got another 6-8 inches today, etc.

Just play the show Richie. I'm sick of the Bullsh*t.

20 minutes to showtime according to the screen.

That means minimum 30 minutes til showtime. Both times they did that they came on 10 minutes after "1 minute til showtime".
