Nominations are out!!!




And Bon Jovi has been nominated for nothing.

Not surprising, I think you need to have at least 2 hits within the year to be considered or something....

Why would they?

They'll most likely get nominated next year for their tour

And having been released early this year, I don't think it's eligible for anything until this time next year.

Is the fact they are not nominated worthy of a thread? I bet there have been literally thousands of music awards around the world this year that Bon Jovi has not been nominated for.

Thank you, it is good of you to judge a threads worthiness by seeing whether I posted on it or not. I should not be a barometer for such things, but it feels great to know that you have my back Dan.

Anyway, in other news the local school by me (ACEA it is called) has an awards party next week for best student and other such things. Sadly Bon Jovi has not been nominated.

Mind you that was not as sickening as seeing that the band was not in the running for the PFA player of the year award in English football. Baffling. Although, of course in the Iraqi music awards in January (it is real, check it) Bon Jovi did not get a nomination, so I have become used to them being snubbed to be honest.

You should open a thread for every one of those awards that they are not nominated, really. I'm sadly disappointed about all of them.

Probably because they weren't eligible.
