Does Jon make it difficult for people outside of the US to buy something? Perhaps he needs to work on that. (and before anyone asks, yes, I am joking)

I want to buy a hoodie, am told that I have to select XPO International First Class to have a package delivered outside the US, so I select that option, then go to complete my order, and am told that sorry, they don't deliver under that option to P.O Boxes.

WTF? Then I logged out and tried a second time. Now it won't let me select the option of International First Class, but instead the XPO IFC which doesn't deliver outside the US. The message telling me to choose the option for IFC is still there, but no option to select it exists.

I am about ready to tear my hair out. How the hell can I buy something, and make a donation at the same time if the bloody thing won't let me?

I dunno if this even belongs in this forum - just curious to know if anyone else has had similar problems?

Edit: Well, I just sent the customer service team a *cough* polite email requesting their assistance. In short, I told them to get their act together. If they don't get back to me, I will spent my money elsewhere.

That doesn't sound like a Jon issue to me at all.

I considered joining the fan club again for presale tickets and I couldn't join it because my billing address is a post office box. Keep in mind I was a member of the fan club for over 20 years with a PO Box and now they won't accept PO Box addresses and they didn't give you the option of having a separate billing and shipping address. How stupid is that! Point of interest, I've never once in my life received a piece of mail or a package at my home.

Exactly. Jon's involvement in this stuff is absolutely zero.

Obviously I know that Jon has nothing to do with it, its was just in jest.

Becky, at least I know I am not the only one having problems with this. The only option open to me now is to have a friend buy the item and have it sent to them, then for them to send it on for me, and me to pay them. It'll mean the item costs me a lot more than it should, though.

I think I might try ebay.
