are people being reimbursed for their tickets ?

I was just wondering. has anybody who purchased a ticket for a non-richie show got reimbursed so far ? Did the band or promoters of the past US leg issue any policy concerning that ? or for the forthcoming concerts for that matter ?

I know that the Fanclub gave refund at the venue. Dont have a reply from sparkart yet if and how it works for europe .

Eventim germany should give refund when you call them.

At one of my Richieless shows I met some people who went to the box office and wanted refunds on their expensive (their words) floor seats and then wanted to buy cheaper upper tier seats because they felt they shouldn't have to pay so much for a no Richie show. These were TM tickets not FC. They were told that because the show wasn't canceled or rescheduled, there were no refunds being given.

UK agencies aren't refunding, I have emailed a few times throughout the day.

Needless to say I have got what I want for the show I shall attend

I'm not worried myself as I haven't bought a ticket (and I won't). thing is, a lot of people here in Portugal aren't too happy to own a ticket for a Richie-less show. some of them are actually 'demanding' their money back but, given what you folks said, I doubt they'll get a refund. shame, shame, shame.
Again, I tip my hat to Jon for keeping the show on its tracks.. a lot of money is at stake in these big tours to just call it off. a lot of people actually make a living in these tours and need to put food on their tables. and a lot of people booked flights and hotels to attend the gigs. no need to crucify Jon on this one for carrying it on.
On the other hand, it'd be only fair to reimburse the die-hard Richie fans should they want to.

They can, you're a few hours late. Keep up with the news dammit! :p

Bonjovi.com announced that you can get a refund now. I'm rather pleased with the news, though I'm sure they'd like to keep it undercover as many will use it as an excuse now to get their money back.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

.

If the ticket seller makes trouble they should print the page from Bonjovi.com. When the band says you can get a refund the ticket sellers have to give it.

I've decided not to get a refund and attend the concert at Villa Park for 2 reasons:

1. I get to go on the hallowed turf (even though it'll be covered with plastic)
2. I'm visiting the parents that weekend in nearby Worcester, and Birmingham is on the way back to Liverpool, so it'll be something to do to break up the monotonous M5/M6 journey.

But i wont be getting there at the arse crack of dawn like I normally do, because to be honest I'm genuinely not bothered about it. I wouldn't have bought tickets if i'd have known there was going to be a Richie no-show!
