Fan club ticket refunds?
 

Already asked this in another thread but can anyone tell me - got 2 tix for birmingham through the fanclub, not packages just tickets, but my confirmation email was from sparkart & tix were to be collected on the day. Can i claim a refund without going to the venue, how do i go about it & is it likely to be just face value tix or include the fees? Any help or advice would be gratefully received as friend & I being VERY indecisive at the mo over what to do!!x
