Problem with ticket refunds
 

Hi there,

anyone experiencing problems with ticket refunds for Euro shows? I tried to return my ticket for the show in Gdansk, Poland, but I was informed it's not possible. I emailed the ticketing company (Eventim) and they replied, that the show organisers/promoters decided not to refund any tickets, which is kind of unfair, considering how people in other countries got their money back. Any ideas what to do now? I'm not interested in a show without Richie and chances of selling the tickets to somebody else at face value are close to zero now.

You can try showing them the screenshot from BJ.com that offered refunds but it seemed like they stopped giving out refunds after a few days.

The thing is they don't really care about the information on the official website. I think I've tried everything and still I cannot return my ticket. So the information on BJ.com is one fat lie, which is just a good publicity move, nothing more.
