Sebastian talks about Jon

Interview with Sebastian Bach. At the 2:50 mark the subject of Jon comes up and how they have ended their fued. I have seen the written interview of this but it's the first time to hear him talk about it.

I'm with you...his voice sounds oddly high but maybe it's the recording. Good that he realized he was being a dick and made up with Jon...ha ha!!

What a strange annoying voice. Is drinks/drugs/fags responsible for that?!

LeaJovi 09-07-2013 08:27 PM

His voice is gone, same as Jon, same as Axl. The trifecta of the unsingers.

He had the best metal/hard rock voice of the three also. Incredible raw power.

Really cool, and he seems a very nice guy. Thanks for sharing!

Jon's talking voice hasn't changed to that degree!

Good to hear that Sebastian Bach still thinks he's living in a little rock n' roll world, where 80s rock stars hang out in hotel restaurants together hugging and drinking shit loads of wine.

To be honest; the only guy from that group of bands Bon Jovi were part of that isn't living in that little rock 'n' roll world seems to be Jon Bon Jovi. Now he never seemed to do so, and surely he's the most fortunate one out of all of them, but whenever I see those guys and I see Jon, I just can't help but thinking that all Jon's money eventually hasn't bought him much happiness, where the others genuinely seem to be excited about their way of life.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

That's an interesting point but I don't know how much I'd agree with you. Sebastian Bach has always put on a great front, he's still a top showman, he doesn't seem to let it show if he is unhappy. Axl Rose? Hell knows what's happing in his little bubble.

Jon has always been a driven businessman, clearly much more so than any of that 80s crowd. To make his 'business' work he needed to distance his band from that crowd to ensure Bon Jovi survived the 90s and even 2000s. His business must be what makes him happy and it has generally worked out for him.

I don't know what makes Axl Rose and Sebastian Bach tick. I haven't really been interested in anything they've done since the early 90s, maybe that just goes to show the amount of work Jon had to put in to ensure Bon Jovi survived that alt-rock onslaught.
