David Bergman Interview

& these are replies to it.

Confirms to me the reason why Jon is making mediocre albums and touring like crazy.

To make money to be an owner or part owner of an NFL team.

Mark my words within the next decade jon will leave music behind ( besides the occasional charity gig) and concentrate on football and his philanthropist projects.

Music is simply not his passion anymore. You can see it in his performance and in his albums.

He is bleeding his legacy dry.

I am seeing the band in December. Part of me thinks it will be the last time. Part of me hopes he won't tour again because he seems to be just going through the motions.

His inspiration is $$$$$ and that is really depressing for a band that has been so brilliant for so many years.

This is a distinguished observation. He is bleeding his legacy dry all for the sake of the all mighty dollar. Instead of walking away on top he has pushed this band into the ground for his own personal gain. His music career is over and he knows it and at this point doesn't care. He wants an NFL team and a political career even though in interviews he says he doesn't. Jon is a skilled liar. Even if he wanted to continue he knows Richie, Tico, and David are done regardless of the one for all, and all for one interviews that Tico and David give. Richie and David will be the only two that will survive in the music and entertainment business. For Jon it's over. When he brought down his legacy he took three other band members down with him all for money and power.

His philanthropy and civil servant work is needed to throw his hat into the politically arena. This was well thought out, designed and crafted by a man with a brilliant mind decades ago. He doesn't always give out of the kindness of his heart, he gives for a fattened political resume complete with a long term marriage and four kids. Something that is desperately needed, even today's political arena. He's already manifested the two main skills of a political leader, deception and greed, and he's executed them beautifully. This will parlay him into a political chair. The NFL team will be harder for him to get, it's designed on a whole other set of principals. His charm and intelligence won't necessarily get him his team, but if he throws enough bank out, he may prevail. It's too bad that his personal goals came with such a high price and at the expense of others happiness, namely his family, Richie, Tico, David and Alec and Bon Jovi, a legacy lost.

The NFL's hot to trot about setting up a franchise in London:

Or he could move a failing franchise:

I cannot agree more - he wants to buy an NFL team...I don't think he wants to run for office - I think he enjoys owning the person in office.
