Also, there's serious lack of energy on that stage and everything sounds very robotic for some reason.

got to say that sounds a very weird vocal performance. There is one thing sounding off key but that sounds more like he is losing his voice.

I can't even listen to Jon's vocals anymore. They're not just bad. They're embarrassing. For someone who's such a perfectionist, I can't see how he doesn't just end this tour now. Enough is enough.

I don't believe this is the case, but I hope you're all right that Jon doesn't give a shit, doesn't do any vocal exercises or training, etc. That would mean it's correctable. I fear the alternative, that he's just losing the ability.
