Thanks so much.

Heard your "oh my God" at the beginning of Dry County.

No worries. And hey, I couldn't be certain that Jon's definition of "We've got lots of different songs for you tonight" didn't just mean adding Amen and Diamond Ring and changing the Sleep medley :p .... so I was obviously very happy to get DC and TD in the encore even if they weren't perfect.

Were you standing at another concert listening to a tribute band, because in that video, he sounds awful.

I watched and listened to the video, and all I can say is, don't rely on the video. I was there, five rows from the front, and I didn't notice a problem with the vocals. There are video that I took and when I played it back the vocals sounded off.

You have to actually be there to appreciate it, not rely on a video.

I hear where you're coming from but saying Jon's vocals weren't good isn't coming from a place of judgement. If they were off they were off regardless of how much fun you have at the show.

True, but some think his vocals were off, and others think they were fine. I guess its a matter of opinion.

nah, i think it's a matter of being able to tell the difference between tuneless and tuneful.

The guys voice is shot.

It's not a matter of opinion. When you're five rows from the stage watching it live you are in sensory overload. You think his vocals were fine because you enjoyed the whole live experience. Glad for you but the fact of the matter is his vocals were off. Way off.

Completely out of tune and breath. The line "shot thru the heart…" sounds horrendous.

Even the YT comments are basically all negative...it seems by now about every fan has realized that it's gotten to a point where something needs to happen!

Normally, judging by that video and from my own experience with singing when you're sick/exhausted/whatever, I'd say there's something wrong with him - be it a cold, allergies, out of training, whatever.

What bothers me though is that some songs/parts that actually have higher notes than Bad Name he does manage to sing ok, and on some other he fails so miserably that it hurts to watch the videos :-(

Can't be certain, but I'd give him the benefit of the doubt (judging by the rest of the tour) and say there's definitely something wrong with him, whatever it is...
