What's next?
 

Now that the WAM tour is over, how long before we start hearing news and rumors about the next project? I'm relatively new to the online community, and I've never followed the band between albums before.

Also, any ideas what the next project will be?

I hope the next project is a stripped down Jon solo album that he writes without cowriters. I also hope he uses a variety of producers on it.

I'd dig that. I really like Destination Anywhere. I was hoping he put out a solo album while Richie was touring his; I was surprised when they announced WAN.

I'm kinda hoping for another box set as I've really gotten into 100mm lately.

With any luck a few years off. Anything BUT an album solely written by Jon... don't get me wrong I actually quite like listening to the majority of WAN on the whole but it makes The Circle seem like a work of art, and if you saw Brisbane... besides which Jon and Richie need to go away and figure out their differences before anymore band stuff.

If JBJ does do a solo album, then like DA get someone like Dave Stewart in on it and for the love of god make it all co-writes.

Nothing new from the band for a few years. If anyone of them suggests a band project in the before 2015 they should be slapped.

Now's the time for some solo projects and/or low-key band boxset/rarity release to keep the money rolling in.

David back on Broadway with a new play hopefully!

Toxic Avenger is planned for Broadway in fall 2014.

Next Year - New Solo Album by Richie - he confirmed it
Probalby Box - Set. I talked with Obie and he sait that he will probably work on it in spring.

I want new band Box-set in 2014, Richie can do his solo in 2014 and I want new Jon solo project in 2015. New Band album in 2016 or 2017 would be great ;)

I wish Jon would do solo with his friends Elton John, Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, Kid Rock, Robbiie Williams, Taylor Swift and many others.

I'm afraid that if Jon is releasing a solo album, it will be as boring as Not Running Anymore, Fighter and Old Habits Die Hard. I want something like Destination Anywhere. Good production and great storytelling.

I hear that. I'm not a fan of those tracks either. I liked Not Running Anymore at first, but I got tired of it really fast. I would love another album like Destination Anywhere. I heard Hush for the first time a few weeks ago, and it's left me jonesing for a DA follow up ever since.
