She tweeted that they were, but not on the official promos yet. Metal??? :confused: I like metal to a point but seems more like she should be taking Cooper.

Just checked her twitter, has it been deleted maybe?? There is a third line up announcement on Friday so will probably be officially announced then. That is awesome news....I am now even more excited about Soundwave

IDK if deleted or not - someone I follow posted a screen shot of her tweet, I think on FB. That happens to celebs - they tweet, people save it so it's never really deleted. Happened to PhilX a couple of times. Of course, then they just claim they were hacked.

i cant imagine fans of the bands at this festival want to see these 2 doing Bon Jovi covers?

People sad similar things when the Scorpions headlined Wacken in 2006. "Washed up has-been pussy rockers". When they went on stage, 70 000 people sang along and it was an epic show.

Not saying this is similar - but every metal fan is a Bon Jovi fan deep down inside so I'm sure it will go down well!

On a different note - this is exactly what I was hoping Richie would do. Get together with another amazing guitar player and hit the festival circuit. Now that's just one 'possible' gig - but fingers crossed they're in Europe over the summer.
