Tickets-per-post - what is their policy?
 

Hi,

hope someone can help us. We decided to order tickets for the show in Mannheim :lol: yesterday. (We just couldn't resist...)

To save postal fees, we ordered them to our German friends' address (you know who you are - so thank you :D ) from Tickets-per-post. But on their page it says:

"Beachten Sie bitte, daß
Rechnungs- und Versandadresse identisch sein müssen"

Has anyone ordered the tickets to a different address from that of the payer? What happened, did you receive the tickets just ok? Because we want to pay the tickets for ourselves, and we obviously are different persons from the address we gave them. We asked them, but so far no answer, and it's getting time to pay. What's the point in that you have to pay and receive the tickets under the same address - it's not always the ticket receiver that pays the bill ???

Any advice/experiences with this?

The adress where to send the tickets and the adress of the one who orders must be the same. They probably want to prevent that someone orders tickets and let someone else pay without knowing it.

If it doesn't work with TPP try www.kartenhaus.de. There you can choose a different delivery adress as far as I know (same for Eventim but I absolutely can't recoment this company).

Actually, I just called Tickets-per-post (must've been expensive :? ), and they said that it's fine if we pay for it, even if it's a different person from who receives the tickets. This is just for information in anyone else is wondering about this same thing... :D They said that a lot of people do that, and it should be ok.

Now I can go and pay for our tickets ;) Mannheim, here we come... :lol:

I know :D I just hope it's not gonna be their last tour as a band... :( well, lets not do speculations here. i am happy i can do to the two concerts in erfurt and neumünster :D

p.s. any ideas how i can get into the fan pit? i'm not a fanclub member :(
