Favourite Sporting Team
 

Hey Everyone,
Outside of BJ, my other favourite pastime is sport. Seeing as we all come from different parts of the globe I thought it might be interesting to see what sports, and in particular which teams, we all follow. In Sydney, Rugby League is the number one sport. For those not familiar with Rugby League it is very similar to Rugby Union (hence the name!). For those not familiar with Rugby Union or Rugby League just picture American Football without all the padding! The team I support is the South Sydney Rabbitohs. They are one of the original teams formed when Rugby League was founded way back in 1908. Recent "corporate hijacking" of the game of Rugby League saw South Sydney get kicked out of the competition for 2 years. But after a massive rally through the streets of Sydney and some much publicised support from the likes of Russell Crowe South's were re-admitted last year. I mostly just follow football (international) and hockey (Finnish)... My teams are:
Football: Juventus, the bianconeri are my favourite :lol:
The Dutch National Team (Go Oranjes!), Italian National Team (Go azzurri), English National Team
Ice-hockey: Tappara :lol: :lol: and the Finnish Lions
Indoor bandy: SiPS :roll:

My favourite sport is rugby, and I support Cardiff RFC. I've supported them for about 4 years ever since my brother played for them. I also know quite a few people form Neath, so I've got a bit of a soft spot for them too!

Unfortunately with the mess of Welsh rugby at the moment it looks as though next year I'll be supporting the South Wales Warriors! Like **** I will, Moffet can **** off with his provinces :mad:

My fav sport would have to be football (soccer) and my fav team would have to be Glasgow Celtic

i love the dutch team, they're so funny in their orange shirts :lol:
and i also like the italian team (yummy men :wink: :lol: )
but obviously the english national team is my favourite one :D

I like baseball myself.
