Space Shuttle Just Blew Up
 

The space shuttle just blew up as it was coming in for a landing. It's on CNN now. That is just terrible.

It hasn't necessarily blown up, but it is still very tragic.

I've been watching the same thing. You can see pieces of it just falling from the sky. :cry: :cry:

It broke up upon re-entry. Wow.

In any case my thoughts go out to the families of all those on board. Truly a tragic loss.

I can't believe it. My shool, where I work, is named after the first Challenger explosion. Each wing is dedicated to an astronaut.

My prayers go out to the families too.

Plus, they are saying people in Texas have to beware of debris. It's crazy.

This is truly tragic!

The American space agency Nasa says it lost communication with the space shuttle Columbia about 15 minutes before it was due to land at the Kennedy space centre


There were seven crew members aboard the shuttle - six Americans and the first Israeli in space.
