Little more news about the Box Set
 

A radio station in New Jersey/Pa aired an interview with Jon this morning. Here's an excerpt from a post by Christine at Backstage about the Box Set. You can read the whole post:here

they talked about the boxed set...Jon said it might not be out in the fall because they've been going through some of the stuff to put in it and Obie has found about 27 songs that have NEVER been released and NO ONE has ever heard and he even forgot they existed so they need to really go through everything and it may take a little more time, but it will definetly be coming out! The way Jon made it sound was that they might be releasing some more b sides like the target cd...don't quote me but that was what I got out of the interview.

Forgetting you recorded some songs...On the otherhand.. BJ records alot of demos, so you might forgot some

Sounds good to me. To me it doesn't sound at all that they release only b-sides but songs that we really don't know yet.

How many discs do you think it will be? If there's 30-40 tracks, it would most likely be 3 discs, but maybe more if they've found plenty of material.

I hope the packaging is good, so it is actually a "boxset", and not just a triple CD case stuck in a cheap card sleeve.

Wow what good news, lets hope its all true. Would be great to see some more b sides being released like the Target CD dont ya think

how about 4 cds and some other stuff to make it a real box set

I think a real box needs at last 4 cds, but 5 would be better, they have enough material in the vault to release it.
