I also expect a single, and later the actual date of the album. But I'm very curious if in the end they're going to release a double album.

I think I'd rather that they stuck to 11 or 12 really strong tracks and release a killer album. My fear would be that if they went with a double there would be a lot of filler and it would overall weaken the impact of a short, strong concise collection of songs...

Well, good to know what we discuss here is called 'crap' but I enjoyed every minute of it anyway.

And a double album wouldn't hurt but probably they'll stick to one solid one and maybe some bonus tracks ☺

Meanwhile I will be fearing it will be I got you babe-level horrendous insufrable shite but at the same time I will be hoping that it will be awesome. I could live with a handful of songs worth of awesomeness, too :) :)

I'm kinda hoping someone talked them in to taking I Got You Babe off the album...but I guess that's unlikely....

At this point we've heard so many song titles (Rise, Engine 13, Lighthouse, I Got You Babe, Walk with me, Making History, Truth) odds are some won't make it.

Yeah but I Got You babe has been one that they have pushed at a lot of the gigs as being "from the new record", but that was last October on the Bad Company tour, so I'm hoping that that might have changed.

I don't think I've ever heard Engine 13 or Lighthouse referred to for RSO, but I might be wrong of course...

Fair enough. Yeah neither of those two were earmarked for this release but were supposed to come out so I had assumed they were being held off until the next release. If we eliminate those two we know about Rise, Walk with Me, I Got You Babe, Making History and Truth.

I'll believe the Sept 22 release date if/when it happens. I don't care for Ori's voice so I'm not all that excited about it. I just want to hear what the hell they took 3 1/2 years to make.
