So...anyone out there reading this go to the show at Paladinos in Tarzana on Sat, Feb 8th?

It kills me seeing Bon Jovi fans..especially other male Bon Jovi fans but not knowing how to approach. It just seems strange to just go up to anyone. But it would be nice to make friends with other Bon Jovi fanatics that understand the band on the same level.

Anyway.....the band wasn't too bad...2nd time I saw them. They opened with Bounce. Surprise of the night was Love Me Back To Life (only me and two girls in the place seemed to know it.)

If you were there..I was the guy in the brown Mecca shirt and black skull cap. Was on "Richie's" side for most of the evening.

It would seem strange just to walk up to a complete stranger and try talking to them, but if you know they are BJ fans then that kinda breaks the ice right away. I met my one of my friends at a BJ Tribute Band show and have kept in touch with him since and it looks like it could be heading somewhere (lol), so please dont feel shy about talking to other BJ fans, after all you already have something in common.

In a club..if it's the opposite sex....it could be for any reason. "Hey, I like your ass...can I take you home?" That's what clubs often amount to. But when it's the same sex..it's a bit difficult. Among guys you never know how they will react. I saw both female and male fans I wanted to meet. The element of "hooking up" isn't there for me. I am in a relationship myself. It would be strictly on a fanship basis.

Sigh..the only time anyone spoke to me was some bitch who came up and told me to stop singing.....I was like "Bitch lemme alone!" You couldn't hear me over the volume as it is. I dunno what her problem was but she really pissed me off....trying to suppress me......there was this guy up by the stage in glasses pounding his fist in the air. He was more rabid than I was.

hope you told that person where to go, you werent doing any harm, so why should you stop singing, after all your there to enjoy yourself.
