How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
 

I'm in a bad position where i'm getting about 4-6 a night and then being zombified all of friday and saturday...

this board is to blame

Well because i'm on holidays i've been getting about 6 - 8.....its prob not enough...but the cricket doesn't finish till really early in the morning...so I watch as much as I can, and sleep less

i've got to get up at 5.45 am every day so i really should be going to bed now :?

i need 7 hours, but I can't always, unfortunely, if i have only 5 or 6, it's really bad for people who are going to cross my road in the morning :?

that's very early for every single day...

i have to get up at about 8 or 9 but i don't sleep till 3 or 4

6 hours from monday to friday and then on week-end I need 10 to 12 hours. (never wake up early if I don't have to ;-) )

except for the weekends :wink: i usually get up at around 11 or 12 at weekends :D (yes, nightclubbing can be very tiring...we usually get back from the club at around 6-7am :oops: )

I never go to night-clubs... here's my logic:::

I like BJ, rock music, play guitar, in a rock band.... and while i do like to talk to people and drink i'd rather drink at a reasonable price and be able to hear what people are saying to me...

plus i don't expect to have to listen to rubbish dance music

there are some great clubs here, letitrock.
i never go to the ones that play dance and techno and all this crap.
apparently, the one i always go to is great. the dj seems to have my taste of music :D much BJ, MB20, R.H. Chili Peppers etc :D
you would like it, i'm sure. :D
there's also a room upstairs with little music and snooker tables and many couches :D there you can have nice talks :D

That does sound good (or at least better than UK)...

I need a good rock club... after my essay on friday i might just spend the day walking around and asking in shops if there are any (only to get dirty looks!)
