Goths like Bon Jovi........ Scary
 

My brother told me that he saw a goth girl in his college listening to Bon Jovi.

I though ""them lot"" only liked that death metal crap.

Well, suppose it goes to show how universal Bon Jovi are.

I know one too...but I made her lkike Bon Jovi hehe

I resent that comment, only due to the "them lot" statement. *sniffs* I thought I was one of you!! Seriously, I was a Jovi fan before I was a "goth" and I've found that a lot of "my kind" appretiate old rock which includes more hair metal than you would imagine. Bon Jovi as usual, stayed with people out of the 80's.

I wasn't meaning to offend "them lot" I think it really cool that "them lot" appreciate some good old fashion rock n roll opposed to bands like Cradle of Filth and Nine Inch Nails who scare the fook out of me.

Do "them lot" like the rockers like If I was Your Mother, I cant really visualise "them lot" singing something Like Thank You for Loving Me

Good to know.
Most ghots I know don't even know what old rock is.They just listen to their Black or Goth Metal stuff.

I persuaded a lot of them to listen to bands like jOvi or guns or Aero or Alice Cooper .
They also tried to make me like their music but they didn't manage.

That's probably the bset I heard but i didn't really like it!

I'll admit that the rockier stuff is genarally more popular, but, power ballads still seem to be high on people's lists, Bed of Roses is a favorite. Of course that's just taken from people I know. Some of which, it's true, you just can't tear them away from their Nine Inch Nails sometimes.
