I'd like to hear the Bon Jovi version of this. It is a pop song but that could have been a better first single than 'Because We Can.' It's nowhere near what we want but I think it's alright and could have been an alright song to listen too.

Yeah, I think so, too. Just sounds too much like Tico (or the same drum computer they've used for the last couple of albums :-D). Also would've fit nicely on WAN from a sound/production standpoint...

The bridge really gives away the Bon Jovi connection.

Not sure about it being the original BJ demo, though. The opening with the echoy piano keys sounds a little off for the last couple of BJ albums.

The song is nothing special, but who knows what it could've been with some rewriting.

Sounds like a below average pop song that would be put on a movie soundtrack and never heard again.

I really like the lyrics,but I dislike the pop sound that this track has. A young Jon and Richie could've taken these lyrics and turn this into a pretty good song,imo.

A younger Bon Jovi would have made something great of this track, but on WAN it woulld have been a watered down and completely forgettable song. What really gives it away as an original BJ-track is the stick right after the second chorus. Doesn't get more BJ than that (at least when comparing it to the albums from HAND and onwards).
