I had a brilliant dream last night that my copy of THINFS arrived and I listened to it in full.

The artwork was fantastic, moody grey arty shots of the band, and the album was 12 songs, although one was called Location and it was instrumental. Can't remember any of the other song titles unfortunately, nor how they went :(

The first track was God Bless This Mess and it had a Tinnie Temper breakdown in the middle. It was a rocky album although a little bit dance orientated in the production - bit like the last Take That album. It was great though - much better than WAN.

I had a similar dream about a year ago. I dreamed that the band had released a new album and it was so freaking great, the songs were so good and Jon's voice was still pretty good, he sounded similar like he did on Bounce, the album wasn't a hard rock one it was more pop rock oriented but it sounded freaking amazing.

I can't believe how my mind managed to create something that sounded so good and was so catchy and then forget it after 10-15 minutes after waking up.

Negative no. Realistic.

I need something more than a 'i'm excited' by John Shanks for wait for something better.

Until now; same producer, same label, no Richie. We do not know who is the guitarist of the album? Shanks? X? Bobby? O'Ree?....

Sorry, but, I was very excited in the last two releases Jovi, and it was a disappointment, although The Circle was not bad as a whole. So keep your feet on the ground.

I can only wait a couple of good songs.

So during one of the interviews Jon did about the new Soul Kitchen, he was asked about Richie... Jon stated that he hasn't seen him in 3 years and he just didn't show up for work one day. He then went on to the usual, being in a rock band isn't a life sentence bla bla bla...

The reason why I'm posting this here is confirm any and all rumors of Richie playing on this album. He's as good as gone folks...

Jon also went on to say that he doesn't like being on stage (My guess is because he can't sing anymore) but he loves song writing because songs last forever and they are the closest thing to immortality...

I think by now everyone knows that Richie is good as gone, this interview just only confirms it. It looks like Jon has no hard feelings, and his priorities have changed. Though I personally don't think the reason why he is not into performing or touring is because of his voice, but I think he is just not into the grind of touring as much. I think Jon now is at peace with not having Richie as part of the band, IMO

He didn't say he doesn't like performing, he simply said it's his least favorite part of the job, which I heard him say repeatedly at least since about 2009, back when he still had a lot of his vocal ability compared to now.

This is not so bad. I mean, Richie has to make his music, if he follow with Bon Jovi, can not make his music. So while Richie wants to make their records, and Jon wants to continue making records at the same time that Richie, both will have to do so separately. But I suspect that when Richie make their records, and feel you must return to the band, Jon accept his return.

Richie was burned with many record/tour. Also, I think aftermath of the lowdown, hit him back to his music.

I think Richie will returns to the band, but possibly in the next decade.

Because things go slower from the place of thought. We were used to having an album every two years, and toured in the middle. Now one expects more than two years diskless, and seems an eternity, but really is average.

Do we really need to get that technical? If it's his least favorite thing, it means he doesn't like it... And also, I'm not doubting that he said that in 2009 but I never heard it... he's always complained about touring in regards to being on the road but I never heard him complain about PERFORMING... That's news to me...

*Lost Highway
*Because We Can
*Another clon of - Its my life, Have a nice day, This is love ......
*We Dont Run
