Could be. It's just that with every other studio shot we've seen, the assumption was made that they were still working on the album. Just kinda raised the question for me, that's all.

My only question was why would Jon and Tico be in the studio on a Sunday, and on a holiday weekend. Listening party, rehearsal for promo, is there something u know that we don't?

He's saying just because Tico is in the studio it doesn't mean Jon was wrong for saying the album is done and gave some examples of what it could be.

That's just another picture from the other day... Shanks is wearing the same outfit plus it's 95 degrees in NYC and Tico wouldn't be wearing a jacket...

Just a theory but I think Jon is out wearing that shirt for a reason... I think he is either using the paparazzi (sp) or has professional photographers making it look like the paparazzi. This is the start of promoting this new album...

Shots of him by paparazzi happen often enough during non-album cycles, I don't know...If this is routed around that t-shirt, it's such a small small selection of people who know about that situation, is it really worth all that work?

Only to a Bon Jovi conspiracy theorist. No one in the general public would even get that Mercury stood for a record label much less the story behind it.

Nobody in the general public gives a shit about a new Bon Jovi album except for the people who know what Mercury stood as... See what just happened there???

I have a brilliant memory and I do remember historically (the past few albums) of Jon taking certain strolls down his NY street looking like a million bucks right before album release dates... Go back to the stalker blog Facebook and look at some dates...
