I think Jon and the boys will blow us away this time.

Rdkopper, do you really expect a great rock album? I'm not. Expect BB/HAND/TC I say or worst prepare for WAN's until he retires! The discussion really is about some fans have accepted Jon's worsening vocals, some seem to think he will have a voice operation to sound like 80's/90's. No. Because Jon is happy with who he is now. If you listened to what he said about THISNFS, when asked about it he said he is happy, and the album represents us NOW meaning him vocally not as HE WAS.

Anyway, regardless of what Jon puts out between now and he retires, I will always be interested even WAN have a couple of goods songs, Army of One, I'm with you, Thick of Thieves, Room at the end of the world, TWTWMM, and amen.

No one said it was an ALL ROCK RECORD!!!

It's a big rock record with not ballads... Read between the lines with that one... Songs like 'Who would you die for' would absolutely fit in with that theme.
WWYDF actually rocks bty...

I know everyone is excited but you all need to relax... It'll all be here before you know it... Based on the facts leading up to this point, I'm optimistic.

I guess we are in this YouTube bootlegged generation. When I was growing up during the Slippery and Jersey era, there weren't any computers around to hear what was going on...

The only songs you hear live are the ones played at the concerts you go to and you weren't going to hear everything during those times either...

Bottom line, the albums live on forever, not the tours...

Yes, but most fans want Jon to peform like he did. He can't. Sad but true. I would say when he tours he only does a couple of good shows, before his voice went every show was good, but I do think he puts more effort in every song vocally, as before he didn't he could just hit the notes without trying.

I'm not stressing just sadly accepted Jon of now compared to the great voice he had. Which we all wish he could at least come back to have half a album like TD,KT,SWW AND NJ. But BB is now the benchmark, we fans expect and WAN is what we don't want more of until he retires. it's just sad Jon's voice 80's/90's can't come back.

BON JOVI FAN FOREVER!

We know that and you've repeated it like 10 times here within a day. Give it a rest.

I have doubts about the single because at the beginning it was supposed to be "God Bless This Mess" and then as we all now is "This House"
I only hope the change its not because of the record label.
It could be,because in the past we know it happened several time with the singles, but I believe that with the new deal Jon just signed with the label, those things had changed, and Jon will have the last word to say about it.
I thought it could be like in Crush, when Its My Life was the last song written for the album and changed the original decision of Say It Isnt So as the first single, but I think its not the case.
This House must have been one of the first songs for the album, because Jon told the title at a Runaway Tours event, cant remember exactly, but at least a year and a half.
I hope the single to be a real rock song, with anger, not the typical commercial radio pop rock song.
I hope the change is for good, well see,but im not predicting how the songs will be because of the title, cause I think is in vain.

For typical people I think that WWYDFor is Hard/Heavy rock song.
Saturday Night GSM or WDRun are probalby typical rock song for most poeple.
I don't think we'll get too much heavy songs like WWYDFor on new record. 1 or maybe 2. Bounce was named Hard Rock album (they received award as a hard rock album) and it wasn't big. I think that Jon won't do the same and give us another album with too much heavy sound.

I think thak single will be dissapoinment for most of us but album will kick our asss even with 2-3 country influence songs and most mid tempo Pop-Rock songs. I think that they spend too much time to work on this CD to don't make it good.

I hope not.
Jon isn't good at choosing singles. His favourites were:
- Welcome To Wherever You Are
- Lost Highway
- When We Were Beautiful
- What About Now
- Amen
- Born To Be My Baby - Acoustic version (NJ)

Record Company decides to put for example that singles (Even if Jon wanted something different):
- Who Says You Can't Go Home
- Make A Memory
- Superman Tonight
- Because We Can
- Livin On A Prayer

Let's hope that - "Good Bless" was Jon decision but record company decided to relase "This House INFSale".
